We will always disclose total fees within our Statement of Work for agreed services. Use of 3rd party tools and/or services may incur additional licensing fees- including talent assessments, CRM installation services, software seat licenses, AI Agents, recruiting services, ad placements, etc…. Additional fees may be incurred for travel time, conference attendance, client visits, onsite workshops, added days of service, training and coaching services, and board advisory support.
